Real Estate has been in my family for more than 45 years. I learned from the best - my Dad - who is Principal Broker in Wilmington, North Carolina, Jim Fountain. He was former Realtor of the year, Boss of the year, Dean of the North Carolina Realtors Institute...you get the picture. Dad taught me that integrity, honesty and constant education matter. I have found that same professionalism and quality in the Houlihan Lawrence organization. For 28 years, I have called New York home. Education and involvement are paramount in my life. As a graduate of Cape Fear Academy in Wilmington, Peace College in Raleigh and the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill,I realized that the more you contribute to anything in your life- the more you get out of it. Community involvement and volunteering are most important to me. Sharing, caring and daring to be creative is how I live my life - it is how I find success.
